The small idle set screw on my bbk TB is stripped. I grabbed some vice grips to twist it off and it did come out a little more but now it isn't moving at all! There's nothing tricky about this screw, right? I can just lefty loosey it all the way out? This bastard won't budge.....or does it have to come out from the front?

Its a stripped screw and it doesn't have a head. I was going to try and drill a damn hole in it with this damn drill bit. I sprayed it down with some pb blast and I'll hit it up tomorrow.

Hmm I would say take it off put it in a vise. See about drilling a small hole use a easy out. Go back through and chase the threads and replace with a new one.

That's the plan. If I don't screw it up. No pun intended. I just started thinking that it might need to be unscrewed the other way since it is giving me such a hard time to come out from the back.

gotcha. I have had luck before by taking a dremel with a cut off wheel and using it to score a line in it that a flat head can use.
