yes they are and i bet everyone here thats knee deep in modding has them. Should be one of your first additions.

Maximum Motorsports is a good set.

yes, they are worth the small cost you can tell a car that has the mon to one that does not

The mustang has waaay too much chassis flex.
it connects the rear and front subframe and reduces flex durring suspension travel, and the torque of launching.

The MM XL's are the way to go! just like Droptop said. that's what I've got.
They're the same width as the stock rails, and hook into the seat pan for extra support.

isnt better to get powder coated insted of the bare ones?

Well, it's better to weld them in, if that's the case, you dont want them coated.

MM makes the regulas connectors cause in some cars they interfear with the exhaust... do the regular
subframe connectors do a job like the full lenght or are they totaly crap???

well it would be better than nothing, but fill width is best.
Look at my picture, I don't see how that would interfear with the exhaust? maybe side exhaust, but that woudl be a problem for all subs.
