ok, this is one for the archives, for those who actually use the search button...
Have just installed Summit Racing's aluminium underdrive pullies, part number SUM-329701. At any rate, belt I used was a 8 1/8" belt, or a 6pk2035 in our local metric terms.
Keeping in mind, this is with the Smog pump and Aircon pump removed, with no eliminator pulleys.
It's a very tight fit, you need to turn the crank pulley over to pull it on, but with the tensioner released it lets off about 3/4" so leaving plenty of room for stretch.
