Hi all.

I'm Donnie from Ohio.

Got my first Stang a few weeks ago.

98 GT with a CAI and exhaust and some suspension work.

Welcome! We will help you spend your money.
Right on!

I have to do a few small things to make the car 100%.

Motor mounts (got a set of urethane mounts from American Muscle getting installed this week), need an O2 sensor, and need to replace the EVAP solenoid.

First fun thing will be a set of 4.10 gears.

After that I'm thinking Bama tuner, BBK 73mm throttle body, and PI intake... in that order.

Sound reasonable?

Thanks!

Why not Bama?

Could you recommend someone better?
Bama is known to have tunes that are really really rich, not smooth with timing transitions, and really don’t make any power. Best bet would be to find a local dyno tuner.

Welcome to the forum, that’s a nice car. I hope you enjoy it and the forum just alike.

Someone local should be able to tune it. I think either Brookspeed or Trick Tuners are pretty much the only good tuners that will tune 2v’s through email.
