So a whlie back i bought some Nokya yellow fog light bulbs to go with my 6000K HIDs. I loved them but sadly they just were noy yellow enough. So i had 2 choices to get my Fogs Yellow

1. Yellow JDM Spray Tint
2. Lamin-x Yellow Covers

I choose the lamin-x after buying the JDM spray and not being able to read the Jap. instuctions. So now they are REALLY yellow. The yellow Bulbs combined with the yellow lamin-x looks hot. And during the day the fogs almost match the Amber corners.

Straight up sexy looking mod IMO

Parts Used

Lamin-x Bulk Sheet 7x8 in Fog Yellow
91% Rubbing Alcohol to clean

yellow fogs are actually more functional in bad weather. When the ground is wet look at how poorly the white light reflects in front of you...when you have yellow fogs the visibility is superior. I have HIDs on my Lexus and yellow fogs and the fogs are more useful when it rains then the headlights. Thats why you will see those 24hour Lemans cars etc with yellow lights.

again...why yellow? Just cerious.

mainly because i could not find a halogen bulb to even close to matching my HIDs. I tryed Silverstars, Nokya HID Match Bulbs, Opitics HID match Bulb, But not of them matched. So i have always loved yellow fogs with HIDs. They looks clean and Yellow can cut through Fog, HIDs just make fog harder to see through.

So i do not want to spend another $200+ on HIDs to match the fogs which are these little tint lights. There is really no point. I can spend the money else where on my car. So i bought yellow bulbs and they didnt looks yellow enough. So at a car meet this BMW did yellow headlights and i asked how he did it and he used the Vans Fog-Yellow JDM spray tint. Looked clean so i did more research and found out about lamin-x, which can be taken off anytime. Combine with yellow bulbs it looks really Cool with the 6000K HIDs
