I heard if you do the PI swap the compression is to high to run alot of boost in an engine is that true because in the future I wanted to do the PI swap and supercharge my car How would be the best way to use this combination and where would the HP numbers be around?

As far as a Kenne Bell goes... if you do a PI swap, order the kit for the PI and not the NPI. The KB manifold will fit and the rest is the same. Everythings cool and you get the extra ~40hp.

you can still supercharge but you will be limited on how much boost and timing you can run. A 8psi kit would be ok on a pi swap'd car as long as its a good tune and the highest octane you can get.

Don't be scared of the compression bump!

you'll be limited by the rating of the rods/pistons.

Do the swap and then spray it. 10.5:1 is perfect for nitrous. Im gonna put a bottle on my wifes 95gt.
