Swap questions

I have a 2001 Mustang with the 3.8. I bought a Supercharger, heads, intake, intercooler and tubes, injectors, upper harness, water pump, ps pump, belts. All off a 89 Thunderbird Super Coupe. Has anyone here done this before that has some tips and tricks or things to look out for?
