So in a few days, im gonna be picking up a clutch pedal and brake assembly out of a 96 cobra :dancing6: and the shifter boot/plastic console piece.
next weekend im gonna do part one of the 5 speed swap, and put in the pedal assembly.
For those that have done the 5 speed swap, how hard is it to put in? I've heard of people taking up to 2 hours to put it in! I looked under my dash today, only 5 bolts, a few electrical plugs, and the pin that holds the plunger from the hydroboost system to the brake pedal...
Whats the trick to getting the whole thing out without me having to spend 5 hours on this damn thing?! :help2:
