Hi guys in the process of putting my 94 gt back together. Just did hci swap. Running in to some issues with my new tall valve covers. The alternator has a nipple on the back that hits. Is there a slim case alternator that anyone knows of that will fit without grinding? If not can what is the nipple on the back of the alternator can i cut it off

Thanks,
Cameron

either grind a little off the valve cover... or dimple it if you can... or place a small washer behind the ALT mounting points don't worry your belt will be fine...

The valve covers that clear are big money , it's very easy to get them to clear , I had mid rise trickflows on my old setup

yes the fox's fit but you need to cut the baffles out of it to hopefully have enough clearance for the rockers under it. The set I have is a polished stamped steel set that I am about to replace. How fast do you need them?
