The, "I don't have typical mustang wheels" thread.

Alright.
Everyone knows that mustangs look good with the typical wheels that mostly everyone has.
But lately i've been on a mad search for different wheels that will fit our cars and look good. Post up pics of your wheels if you don't have rims like fr500s, y2ks, 03-04 cobras, bullitts, saleens, 95 R rims, etc etc. ( basically if you can buy it from americanmuscle)

if someone can get a pic of an sn95 on the boss 338's in 18x8 and 9.5, i'd LOVE to see that since that's really what i'm shooting for. but any wheels that are uncommon on the sn95's or even new edges would be awesome.

Yeah but aside from all the "same" Mustang wheels there are a handful at best that look ok on them. Anything from TF, BBK look alright but seeing how most of them cost what half our cars are worth it's a big investment.

yeah i understand that. but i didn't really say they had to be true forged wheels or ccw or some kind of 2 piece rim that cost so much. i just wanted to see something different.

The boyfriend always complains about this very thing. I shall show him this thread and prove to him that there are people who put non-Mustang wheels on their cars, lol.

Yes but it doesn't make them right. There's a reason why you don't see more mustangs with non mustang rims. 95 percent look horrible. And 4 percent are 2k are higher. lol I spent months looking for "different" wheels for my car...and what did I go with? ....chrome Saleens. lol Very hard to beat the look for the price.

The only wheels that should be put on mustangs besides mustang rims are from true forged/ccw or they have to be a pair of bbs RK's. Everything else i've seen looks retarded.
