I am getting very worn out driving this dang car.. it rattles, creaks and vibrates all over all the time.

I know the lowered suspension and loud exhaust doesn't help..

But what can I do to help?!

I find myself looking at new cars (infiniti q50s) and the only thing that stops me is that i love my car.. well when i'm getting on it, not the other times..

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can yall recomend to me a good vibration and noise dampening material? (dynamat etc)
    and
any other way i can get my peace back...

There's plenty you can do, but you really need to isolate where the sounds are coming from.

I feel ya on this one.. but there's only so much...

do you feel like the money and time spent was worth it?

My problem areas are the trunk and floor area rattling from exhaust at certain rpms. Those rpms happen to be my cruising speed 65-70 lol. Variou interior pieces to include: parking brake handle, tweet pods, radio bezel, shifter bezel, back seat latches.

Exhaust change maybe? We had some MAC exhaust on a 94 way back that would make you suicidal at highway speeds.

he is right that you need to figure out what is rattling. I one time too a drive with the other installer half in the back seat but mostly in the trunk to do this.

I have narrowed the rattling down... Just to quiet it.. Lol
I dont know if I can change the exhaust.. Its o/r x and Norma stingers, sounds amazing. The drone isn't bad. Its the fact that it makes everything vibrate inside.

O/R X and Stingers are actually loud and I can see that being a problem.

I run a catted Bassani and Borla XR1 catback and during normal driving it sounds great but not excessively loud at all so it is not constantly beating on me. When I get on it then it does open up sound wise but having that constant booming exhaust gets old on a daily driver.

Now suspension is one of the things I love over a newer car. When I drive the Mustang with suspension mods I am in pure happiness mode because I can feel the road and get feedback through the wheel. When I am driving something else it is just A to B transportation with almost no enjoyment. This is one of the reasons I have not looked at 05+ Mustangs, they are to refined for what I like in a Mustang.

    Or causes them! :headbang:

I have been lucky, my car must have been driven by a little old lady:angel: cause it is still very tight and quiet.
