I had something similar once. I was in a work truck and just left the med center from taking a piss test due to getting injured on the job the night before. I was sitting at a light and some guy side swiped me and ran. I chased him down and blocked him in. Come to find out he had lost his job, his power just got shut off and he had been at the office begging them to work with him. He ran cause his insurance had been canceled due to no pay.
We didn’t press charges and the cop knew a place that might hire him. Few weeks later the guy called to let me know he got the job and he would work out a payment plan to fix the truck.
Told him to take care of his family and we handled the damage with our insurance company.
And woudnt ya know it, I got puss tested that same day cause of the accident. 2 times in one day. Wtf............

We are THE head sanctuary state with lavish benefits given on day one. If you can get to a church you are safe from the MoCoPo and they know it.
