Wouldn't these be really loud with every pebble on the road that hits them? How long will they stay black? No reviews on them yet either. Says they are for 99-04. Not sure why they wouldn't fit 94-98 though.
I suppose you could use some Dynamat to cut down on the rock noise though.

As hard as it is to get the original plastic pieces in there with the fender on I would imagine to get these on you would probably need to remove the fender, which means the bumper has to come off as well.

I can't see the advantage of the being aluminum myself. Just more weight and as I said I think install/removal will take a few more steps.
