tire size on 17x9 or 18x9 wheels

hey, what would be the best tire size for 17x9 or 18x9 wheels.

thinking of picking up steeda ultra-lite satins. something nice and light hehehe.

I run 245/45/17 in the front, and 275/40/17 out back.

this is the nomral set up for 17s, if your going 18's I have 265's on my 18x9's but you can go 275 also in the front

I have 265/35/18 on my 18s and I wouldnt go any wider in the front, I sometimes get rubbage when turning just shy of full lockout/turn.
