Hi I have a 94 gt automatic I think the 3.8 automatic transmission will fit and work good just wanting to verify it does or doesn't thanks in advance.

That's what I've been finding out my concern is will the automatic transmission for the v6 be strong enough to handle the 302

Yes at stock to ~mild but do the Jmod.

It'll definitely be stock for awhile won't have the money for performance mods for quite awhile.

The jmod can be done for under 25.00, drills bits, filter, and new gaskets. Othere then that Id recommend a tranny cooler

I'm planning on buying an 95 v6 donor car for the body parts and transmission mainly that's why I was wondering, I though jmod was for newer model transmissions?
