Merry Xmas everyone. Hope you are all safe and enjoying the break (if you get one).

So, My aircon is not working and I'm in need of the "Ford" workshop manual wiring diagrams, and plug/wire colour schematics too.

Quick run down.

95 GT, with factory aircon.
Fuse 8 is ok.
Vac lines are ok.
Heater switch is ok.
Low pressure switch is ok.
Engine Fan is ok.
Clutch coils are within ohm limits.
High pressure switch, im not sure yet, but for this im guessing it is ok.

CCRM is NOT working correctly. Swapped it out with one from a mates car, it didnt work on his. His one made no difference to mine, hence the coils resistance check.

So I'm going on the thought that there is a faulty wire or damaged plug from the CCRM to the clutch coils.

I've obviously found the , CCRM plug, compressor plug and the next plug back from the compressor,(below the fuse box),.......... and that's where I get stuck. I've got no idea where to look at next, hence the question.

I've looked at my Haynes manual , but the wiring diagram is 5/8 useless, for what I need.

Can anyone help? Anyone got a workshop manual they want to sell, or can scan for me.

Cheers

Does it have enough refrigerant? Have you jumped the low pressure switch to see if the clutch engages?
