tune up

What are some items I should replace during a tune up? Car has 45,000kms on it.

Spark plugs are original--I am betting wires too.
Fuel filter
rad flush


what else?

trans fluid?

Actually by its age all the fluides should be changed. Radiator, brakes, tranny...all of it. The Ford racing 9mm wires is the best replacement. Removing the intake manifold and cleaning the secondary ports is a must.

Plugs, wires, air filter, oil change, oil filter, fuel filter. Idk about messing with the tranny fluid, I'm one of those if its fine don't mess with it.. Flush the radiator and add new coolant.
