Got a screaming deal on a ‘00R fuel cell in pristine condition and a IRS diff center section with 3.73’s & termi guts. Selling a spare 01 snake motor for about double what I paid and using the extra funds to pay for more goodies. I’m half tempted to go with a 5.4L 4V but not sure about that yet. I’m not even in the states permanently, though I do expect to spend about half of my time here.
I’m going to be running the tank semi bladder-less but coating the inside of it with some super duper silicone that I use for mold making. It’s impervious to everything and can be painted on to create a sorta-bladder. 22gal of gas is enough to let me go from San Diego to San Francisco without stopping for gas.
