So currently I have a 1997 cobra forged internals. Innercooler, imrc delete, adjustable fuel regulator, 47 psi injectors, 255 warlboro fuel pump. 3.0 inch pulley on a 6 rib belt. My seal is going on the shaft and causing oil to seep out and I’ve gone through several belts,
im going to send out to vortech to fully upgrade it, my question is they told me that if I upgrade the internal fins, with the SI trim, It will be capable of 27 psi,
will I need to go with bigger injectors?
also what’s the best way to eliminate belt shredding besides checking and making sure alignment on all pulleys are good?

The injectors keeping up with 27 psi is probably the least of your worries. I run 48 lb and I thought that they were good to 600 hp which is still a lot more than I planned on pushing.

I wouldn't even consider those injectors for anything ove 500

Unless your upping the boost you should be ok. Once you get a new tune for it youll be able to see AF and duty cycle which will give you a solid answer to your question. If it were me i would jump right up to 60s and be done.

The whole point is to turn this car up. We all want more power, it’s built to handle it, block wise/ clutch / diff. My whole question is with their smallest pulley 2.44 how much power do yall think I’ll be gaining?

Well then you answered your own question. Your current injectors will get you to roughly 500. Id go 60s or even 80s you can never have to much injector
