V6 auto help!

I have the chance to pick up a v6 auto for $600, only issue with it is that the trans is gone... how much is a trans? and i have a t5 out of a 95 GT, can i just swap to a 5 speed???

I don't know much about autos, they're lame.

But yes, v6 mustangs use a t5. It will bolt up. Im using a gt t5 in mine.

Yes it's all the same, but you can't get a fox t5, the input shafts are different.
