I asked, since I have gone thru this much hassle..wrong pipes to begin with, wrong pipes sent, and two trips to the shop for labor, would they at least please 2 or 3 day the replacement pipes to me and notify me of when they are shipped. none of that happened. they did not ship out the replacements until Wednesday and sent it regular ground. supposed to be here Tuesday. in addition, I had to call to find out the tracking number and if they had even shipped it yet. this is what we get now for customer service and brand loyalty.</p></blockquote><p></p>
