I have a 95 gt I'm having ideal problems I check everything under the hood but I hear what sounds like my cold air intake in the fender I've never heard it sound like a vacuum leak. My question is there vacuum lines that might be broken in there is so what has to be done to repair them

I'm actually dealing with the same thing, there's 2 solenoid there, one's the EVR(EGR vacuum regulator) solenoid, and one for the air pump, I believe. The lines may have simply broke on your, or maybe just like mine the EVR solenoid itself is cracked.

I would make sure the sound you hear isn't just the sound of the CAI. I never noticed the sound in mine till I replaced it. Pretty sure that is what the stock air cleaner was for. try to get your head inside the wheel well while its running. If its coming from the front its the intake, from the back a vac line
