Id offer ten. Its a 02 its 10 plus years old and anybody that has that much performance into it. Its clearly been driven hard and put away wet.

Its definitely worth more than 10. There is 10k just in the engine, turbo, and rear end. Shit, I was offered 10k for my non turbo 99... Id say $12-13. I have a buddy that had a very similar setup, except his had Weld Rts's and trick flow top end and his sold for $17.

I wouldn't want it in the first place, but if I did I wouldn't go anything past 11.5k. Keep in mind that the paint looks faded and beat as well.
