vortech igloo intake

Anyone know much good or bad about these pieces other then they can be hard to find? Its the one with the intercooler built into the upper so I have to wonder how heat soak effects it.

I can't remember the last time I saw one of those. Are you not interested in an air to air set up?

I like the idea of the rarity as well as the simplicity with out all the extra piping myself. I also found the upper for what should be a pretty good deal. I would still need to find the lower, get the cooler for it and the rest of the crap but I got time. This is more of a long time project to put together then something I am going to tear the motor apart now.

I know the big thing for the 03/04's is bumping up the flow of the coolant through the system. I wonder if that would benefit the Igloo at all? Bigger pipes, better pump, etc.
