Vortech SC in a box for 15 years, rebuild or just new seals?

Picked up a 1995 Cobra with a Vortech V1. Engine was partially disassembled probably 15 years ago and the SC has been sitting in a box. Car only has 59k on it and based on paperwork I'd guess the SC has around 30k tops. Starting to put the car back together but am wondering if the SC should be sent in and rebuilt or just replace the seals and the case o-ring? Parts were stored inside a garage so don't think moisture is a concern.

if the budget allows it I do not see a reason why not(depending on price things seems crazy lately). If your a little tight on money then I know more people that have sent it used than got it refreshed.

At minimum I would replace all the seals.
