VSS plug disasembly

I took the little red peice of plastic out of the way but I still cant get the wires to release. I would imagine that with the red price removed you would move the 2 contact retainers together but they dont want to cooperate. I thought it good to see if I could get a get some help before a tore it apart! :smiley:

Pull that red retainer out and then you will see two tabs that hold the terminal in place. The red piece is to make sure those tabs don't release. If you don't have pictures by tomorrow morning when I get to my shop, then I will get some for you. Until then, I hope I helped a little
