Weird driving and idle after storm

I ran through a storm last night and hit a big puddle and while riding through it my car felt like it lost power and rode super weak on the way home. This morning I cleaned my MAF and replaced my IAT, the car would idle fine for a few minutes then kill itself. I disconnected the battery with the headlights on for an hour and it started fine then idled for a bit and killed itself. I rode to the store but if I’m pressing the throttle less than half way it’s really slow and underpowered but when I floor it when it gets passed 3000rpm the power is normal.

Water and electronics don't mix
You definitely got something wet
Get electrical contact cleaner and a air compressor
And clean out some connectors
Start where you think the water got in
I do know that connection by the radiator on the passenger side is an easy target
