Finished the fan controller install, (temporarily) wired the fuel pump relay and leak tested the fuel system. Boy. Does it leak.

Yesterday I dropped the gas tank to fix the fuel hat leak and replace a grommet for one of the vapor valves. Today I drove it and got the part throttle dialed in. Tried a couple WOT pulls but the first one was ridiculously lean. Second one was better but only spun it to 4k. My load was maxed out by 3300rpm and I was over halfway through the MAF counts. I'm going to have to do some major scaling.

Oh, and my cruise control still doesn't work. Sigh.

Started my fuel system revamp today. Here’s a grainy picture:

Stored the 98 'vert yesterday. New cover sucks and doesn't fit right. Pulled the airbox and the battery and tin foiled the exhaust outlets. Put BOUNCE dryer sheets all over the trunk and interior. Filled the tank and added STABIL. Hope it's all good.

Swapped over to the MS3 yesterday. Which also entailed getting rid of the old wideband and Aeroforce then running wires for the new widebands. Its running, but not well. Need to make some changes in the software for everything.

Fixed an issue where the ECU was losing power while cranking. Changed some more ignition parameters and then failed to start it. Again.

If it makes you feel any better I tried to "fix" my idle and it ended up being worse. I had to go back a couple of saved spots to get it act right again.
