Thank you! Intercooler does the job, anything to fight the heat here in AZ! You have the Vortech Power cooler set up?

Ya I have the V2 ice setup. I had it. I didn’t install it, I bought the car like this. It’s set up for a drag style which I won’t ever use. The cars need to be geared toward the street.

I was looking into the AFCO heat exchanger with the double fans. Any thoughts ?

It’s like the Cobras, they’re rad style that sit low behind the bumper. And they have 2 fans the face forward so the coolers suck up air from the front while air is being forced from behind

I spent 15 mins on hold for holley tech support to try and figure out my fuel gauge problem. We confirmed I have it programmed correctly and that the settings are correct but for some reason it will not read above 1/2 a tank. I tried running a completely new wire and it still does the same thing. I thought at the end of the call I found it because the impedance would go from 178 to 5.6 mega ohms with the key on but after some more investigation that has to do with the resistance of the wire to digital dash. Idunno...

I have tried everything I can to get the fuel gauge to work on the digital dash but I finally broke down and just ordered a fuel gauge. I am not sure if its the strange resistance our senders use or because its a chassis ground on the sender and the holley wants to have a separate sensor ground but I have tried everything I can think of. At this point I just want to put the dash back together.

It was simply a rainy and cold day. Took the car to O’reillys for some windshield wipers and then went on about a 30 mile shakedown cruise with @lwarrior1016 for some data log work. Didn’t mess around much due to the cold, wet roads but it seems the brakes work extremely well!

edit: Forgot to mention I installed the wiper cowl I picked up from @dwcopple

today I was finally able to get part of my dash back together. The lighting element for the switch plate burned out so I pulled it out and replaced it. It was nice to see it lit up again for the first time in months. Now I just have to wait till friday till the fuel level gauge shows up and I can put the gauge area back together.

Pulled the fixed back seat out and put the S197 seat in its rightful place in preparation for driving it to work in the morning.

Wired up the fuel gauge and filled the tank up. A whopping 3.14 gallons.
