now that i have the 4 valve engine in my car the original transmission dip stick will not fit ,and you really dont want to bend them
i ordered a loker flex tube with dip stick , the one i got was short , you would have to reach behind the engine about a foot behind down to get to the dip stick , to make a long story short i had to disassemble the flex tube and install a longer piece of flex tube
i used fuel line on mine the black braded stuff custom fit to curve around bell housing of transmission up to the back firewall
1 in 1/2 foot v.s 2 and 1/2 foot
Maybe you should have put a manual in it?? yeah.

The front calibers i ordered from Rock Auto came today, one week to Sweden, best ever. All cred to Rock Auto, shipping was also reasonable $35. Put them in and a short test, they still get a bit warmer than i would like but not dragging any more. Some more testing needed, maybe crack the lines to proportioning valve if that could help.

When you say crack the lines, what does that mean? I think all the prop valves from factory are fixed and can't be adjusted if that's what you're trying to do. For what it's worth, those front slide pins have to be regularly lubricated with high temp grease. I never was a fan of Ford calipers for SN95 years.

I read on an old thread that opening the prop valve lines could help, don't know.
The calibers came with new slide pins and i did lube them with alloy paste. Agree that the calibers are not the best design out there!

I'm not sure how opening the prop valve lines could help. It's only a plug with an insertion depth determined by an inline spring. Maybe it is worth a try if nothing else helps. But one thing for sure is that a re-bleed procedure will be required by doing it.
