Got everything plumbed in. Technically I think it’s dyno ready. Might swap my stock alternator back in, not sure why 2 cells blew out the bottom of the Optima battery, did throw on my old 200 amp alt not sure if that’s just to much for an AGM battery IMG_7321.jpegIMG_7323.jpeg

That's a meth injector? And what's that little bitty sensor way off to the side in the glovebox?

So I understand correctly, that MAP sensor doesn't get placed within the intake? It just sits in ambient where it is currently?

Currently in the middle of installing a new AC compressor, condensor, and liquid line on the TTSaleen.
But here's something I completed this week on the 87 Saleen.

Bought a GM Stepper Motor IAC to replace the factory IAC on my Foxbody.
Using the Holley Terminator-x computer, it really helped fix my hunting idle and occasional cut off problems.
Now it idles like stock. BIG difference when trying to drive and enjoy it.

It has to be close to the control box, it plugs in to it, the vacuum reference or boost reference is what triggers the pump to work. I can set it to not spray until it sees xxx amount of boost. I have a hole drilled and you can’t see the vacuum line on the backside of it, then that is T into one of my vacuum lines

Swapped in a 180* thermostat and Fel-pro gasket. Ordered a few goodies from LMR: top of door card piece (set); floor mat anchor kit (never did resolve this issue a ways back); and new hood hinges (enough with the touch up paint on the old original ones!
Very glad about the floor mat anchor kit. Glad now that I didn’t rig up something as this seems like the perfect solution. Hesitant on the top of door card strips. Like the floor mat anchors, I was glad to see a potential solution available, but I’m hoping they don’t look stupid or cheap. We shall see…

Afterthought: hmmm, should I have ordered a low-rise cowl hood to go with the new hood hinges AND help with heat dissipation under the hood?
I like the originality of the fangs on the OEM hood but I also think a mild cowl hood looks bad ass! I’m torn!!

Got my methanol kit installed today for the most part. Wasn’t happy with the upside down cap so I had to change it. Still have 3 wires under the dash to hook up and the line under the hood. Simple stuff

Can you do me a favor and get the dimensions of the tank as im still thinking about swapping over from my current 2.5gal.
