Ran the wiring for the fuel pump controller.View attachment 21825
I used to run that speed controller when I ran their A1000 pump a few years ago. Speed controller was good, the pump sucked ass though. Got two replacement pumps for free from them and when the third went out I stopped using their pumps. Just about everything else they make is alright though.

I switched from aeromotive to QFS pumps and have had good luck with them.

LMAO....
I did something similar. I bought my 2007 JKU Rubicon when they were first hitting the dealerships. As is usual with most new vehicles, there were issues. Mine had the "stall bug". The dealership was giving me lip over fixing it. I drove that brand new JK onto a trailer and towed it back to the dealership with a lifted Grand Cherokee on 33's. Told em I didn't "need" a second 4wd Jeep.....

Made a statement, you could say. They got it fixed, too.

Long story short, I checked everything and still had issues so I replaced the mfs but that didn’t fix it. I lost voltage at fuse 33 so I pulled it and saw there was a tiny gap in it causing an open circuit. I replaced it and all is well. That wasn’t the issue all along though because I did have power at all the fuses for the brakes and the hazards still powered my third brake light with the new mfs. So I’m not really sure, I guess a combination of things.

Finished off the diff cooler and re-installed the fuel tank. Everything clears, nothing interferes, yay!

Tomorrow I fill er up and prime the diff cooling system for the first time. Check for leaks, etc.

Also cleaned the fuel filler neck of 20 years of road grime. Took a pneumatic wire wheel to it, slathered it in acetone, then painted it a couple coats in the sunlight. Gave it a new body gasket because the original was worn to hell. And found during the course of all this that Ford's self-tapping sheet metal bolts holding the gasket to the body had worn out the sheet metal so bad that they no longer threaded.

Drilled the 4 holes out bigger and welded some flange nuts to the top side, inside the trunk. This was of course with the fuel tank moved into another room and the roll up door completely open (fumes). Had some real nice stainless metric bolts lying around and so put them to good use on this body gasket. She's good as new.

Diff cooling system complete. Primed with the finest gear lube (CenPeCo 80w90) and with a little extra because of the gravity-feed reservoir capacity I actually did a volumetric measurement to include the total length of the heardlines and softlines, the internal volume of the heat exchangers, and of course the reservoir and differential housing. Total system capacity is 4 liters!

And check this vid out...

Did a bit this weekend.New Rims front 9 inch with Nitto 275. New wheel wells, removed remaining EGR stuff under the fender. Installed bigger Air filter. Removed all decals but one off the rear window. Polished mirrors. Completed Right side of window outside trim pieces from LMR and since my interior is done i removed the illegal window tint.
