Yesterday I went to trade my wheels for some Saleen's 18.9/18.10 and their Plasti-dipped black as you see down here. I've thinking of getting into gold wheels with the gold plasti-dip on their website. Here's the link https://www.dipyourcar.com/plasti-dip-vintage-gold-can.html

Just wondering what you guys think...

As much as I love gold, I really don't think your car will pull it off. I'd leave em black for now.

some people say gunmetal kinda looks like primer cause it's lighter. i'd suggest the anthracite, I love the color on my wheels. could also do charcoal which is a little darker than the gunmetal.

/\ thats what i thought when they suggested it. Some dark grey would be cool, im gonna take off the black plasti dip and see how i like the silver underneath.

Yeah I don't think the gold would look good on yours honestly. You should see how [MENTION=8293]OnyxCobra[/MENTION] 's saleens came out, so sick. That color he did would look really good on yours .

Also, IMO Aluminum would look pretty killer on your car...

I think the only way to pull off gold would be to get rid of all the other black accents but I think silver or a darker color would look good

@GT_rob: 5.ohh made it for me, I liked the bullittsalot until I realized that 17's are too small for sn95's [MENTION=10867]sleepn_sn95[/MENTION]: I agree but I need to paint the car. The original 18 year old paint is too faded. so i'm gonna try and peel off the black and either paint them black again or leave the original silver.

I think he said something about the hood being painted the same color as the car its just a new paint vs old paint situation lol..

Yeah thats exactly why i need to paint the car in order for the car to have matching color throughout the body.
