What kind of BOV, BPV, or just "The thing that makes that noise" is this?

my guess is either tial or blitz

this one is a blitz on low boost i am guessing on higher boost they get a little shaper sounding.

Well you are completely wrong. I owned a MR2 with one of those and its completely different.

I have a HKS super sequential, it sounds nothing like that.
