we have a yearly safety inspection and a reconstruction permit. Basically any mods that alter the suspension or engine in any way ( has to be a motor swap bigger than the original amount of cylinders) has to have a reconstruction permit. IF you look at my pics and look at the sticker on the bumper thats what im talking about. If you lower the car you have to get recon. Like if a v6 mustang swaps to a v8, you need recon.

Retarded, but its another way the state of hawaii screws the citizens over. lol
