Where to find horizontal and vertical headlight adjuster

Looking for these alongside the vertical adjustment equivalent. Every link I find is dead. Broke a few replacing my header panel and now my headlights won’t go in. They are aftermarket ones in pretty good shape and I’d rather not drop another $150 on a new set if anybody knows where I can get these pieces online. Thank you!

I’ve come across them on eBay randomly and cheap headlights usually include them as well.

It's just a hex your tightening or loosening. The Lisle tool from LMR is the easy way out, but really it's just a hex socket, lol.
