I am looking for a CAI that should look pretty much stock. JLT has some nice ones but I believe they don't fit under the strut tower brace. Anyone know about Volant? Their systen is looking good, plus the tube is made from plastic which means it won't heat up like metal.

Eh, I ditched the STB in favor of getting my JLT... Don't really notice a difference.

Because metal heats up and your cold air intake would turn into a hot air intake lol I think thats why, I'm not sure though.

Volant makes good stuff. A buddy of mine had one on his focus. Not bad stuff.

metal intakes look pretty but get HOT! The new versions of the plastic CAI can be painted to match your car. Click on my Car Domain link in my sig and you'll see pictures of my Demolet (Tunable Induction) intake painted dark forest green to match my car.
