White and pink single wire pigtail

I'm reinstalling my engine harness in my 2000 gt and can't seem to figure out what this wire goes to. Its whirlte with a pink stripe and it's in the underhood fuse box area

Goes to a pump or something on the lower right, you can see it plugged in on my picture below, lower right corner. I'll get a closer look at it when I get home this evening:

Connects to a red and either white or pink that's right next to my battery. Not sure what it's for though.
