Round four was installing extended wheel studs, new rear calipers/pads and lastly the freakin wheel/tire.

I took a 39/64 bit and opened the holes in the axles a bit. Damn drill battery died on me here, lol

Used a stack of leftover spacers from some suspension install and an old lug but to complete the install.

Put the Baer rotor on...

...the caliper bracket, new pads, 43mm caliper, installed the e-brake cable and the braided hose.

This just looks cool.

Installed the studs, put the rotor on and stopped for the night. I’d say this was a productive day.

Round five was buttoning up from last night and then putting the car on the ground. Rolled it out for a bath.

I can't remember if you did any paint/powder on your accessory covers or alt, if you did make sure you scrap the paint/powder to allow the alt to ground through the chassis. Otherwise how did you have the alt wired up? Mine is different of course since it is a 200 amp HO with off board voltage regulator. As for the map sensor YOU SHOULDA GONE MAF IN A MUSTANG FOOL :) THIS IS WHAT YA GET!!! 1 - bar, 2 - bar? Any chance the harness is loose?

I will check the harness connector when I get home. The alternator still has the stock harness but I neglected to reconnect the wire with that runs through the dash. The one with the resistor around the indicator light?

thanks. i like my 3" tails, but they're not necessary and i'm sure they won't clear the panhard.

My amazon special vacuum tree. My HVAC and AFPR are the only items connected with room for growth as needed. Not bad for like $20.

I believe I bought this MAP sensor bracket from Holley. I plan to find a better means to join the hose to the elbow because that is ugly AF.

Decided to swap back to the first gen JLT because the PCV port was in an awkward location and the "dummy MAF spacer" irked my nerves.

I have the same vac tree and in the same place and love it. I made a bracket for my map to go on the bottom of the strut tower brace in the middle but it looks like there was just a little more room on the pushrod there.

Blocked the unnecessary o2 ports in my exhaust. Yes, I tightened them down but not before chasing the threads.

Took a random, 90* spark plug boot and repurposed it as a vacuum fitting for the MAP sensor.

Pulled the dash part to get to the factory cluster wiring. Removed the red/green + green/red wires and tied them together to complete the ignition to alternator circuit. Should charge now.

BUT.....

Now the stupid circuit breaker isn’t functioning at all. It is internally fooked somehow and I’m getting zero voltage with it closed.

Stupid POS MF....

Wasn’t there supposed to be a resistor on the alternator circuit?
