what circuit breaker are you talking about?

The one I added to the positive cable to isolate the battery, just in case.

oh you didn't get the cheapest one you could find did you? Automotive breakers reliability has always been hit/miss and now with the flood of cheaply made parts they are even more questionable.

Don’t recall but it wasn’t pricey. I knew better.

If everything goes my way, I'll be installing the new exhaust parts this evening. In addition to that, I have another remote tune session lined up for this evening. Perhaps the universe will give me this one?

One day, when I grow up, I will have some sort of lift. This struggling under the car on the carport floor is for the fucking birds. That said, I swapped my exhaust out o_O Now, for the first time ever, my car has a mostly new exhaust with the headers being the only used part.

The cast of characters:

BBK headers
BBK off-road x-pipe
Dynomax UltraFlo mufflers
Flowmaster Fox LX tail pipes

So, that bring us to the obligatory first start with the new mufflers video. This sum bitchin alternator still doesn’t seem to be charging, even with the completed dash circuit. That means it’s still not tuned and runs like shit but hey, it runs...

Looks like the next move is to have the alternator tested and to check the wiring again. This is the original 97 Cobra alternator and I haven’t a clue how many miles it’s seen. My issue is right here, period.

Connected the yellow wire directly to the post on the alternator and voila! The bitch actually idles but still only shows 12.8-13.0v at idle. Tapped the brakes and POOF!! The bleeders on the master cylinder weren’t tightened down and I shot brake fluid on the hot exhaust. Luckily, it didn’t flame up.

I probably have one in my old resistor stash from tech school if your having issues finding one. Green brown brown should be the color bands on it for a 510 ohm resistor where the pic you show looks like brown brown brown which would be a 110 ohm resistor.
