I’m having some connectivity issues with my laptop ever since the latest windows update. Now, when I link to the Holley ECU, it causes the all of the graph/tables to go blank. Which means my remote tune session had to be cancelled and I was pissed. If I disconnect, everything shows up and is user adjustable. I bought a cheap, Dell tablet that runs Windows 10 and hopefully that solves the issue.

I just decided to take the rest of the day off at this point. Later, I started to mess around with the dash. I decided to try to match it to my radio and HVAC control lights. Here are the results:

don't be afraid to call holley tech support for something like that. Are you running the latest/greatest build of the efi software? I am about to do an update on the ecu/dash firmware in the next couple of weeks so my new laptop will work with it because I am running an older build of V5.

I’m running V5 build 160 but haven’t updated to V6 just yet.

Driving in traffic really sucks with an ON/OFF switch for a clutch!! Went out for a window motor, rear view mirror and some glue. Took the opportunity to get some more data for my tune. Even did a few short WOT pulls and managed to get the 2k-5k pull on film.

It has a Saleen on the package so it was meant to be! Right??

It felt good going to 5k so going to 7.5k must feel awesome!

Decided to swap my window motor out this morning. Before I took anything apart I tested the new motor to determine polarity. It didn’t roll down but it would roll up. Undeterred, I bypassed the one touch down module and it still didn’t work. That only left the switch in the circuit and I had a spare. Hooked the original motor back up and wouldn’t you know it worked immediately.

Moving right along I glued the mirror back on and secured it with a vice while it set.

Took it out for another data log session and spun it up to 7k in first and second gear. Holy shit!! This is officially the fastest thing I’ve ever owned on four wheels. You can see the changes the ECU was making to the fuel table. There is something making a noise in the rear of the car and I need to address that before anymore road trips.

Sat back and watched Scott make tune adjustments. My fuel gauge hasn’t changed from 100% so I checked it with a meter. It was reading 79 ohms and that’s around half a tank. Always something.

I don’t know what this picture was about but here it is.

Changed the back ground of my custom layout to include the Holley EFI logo for a little flair. I have a dash/ECU firmware mismatch and I’m unable to update the dash via flash drive. I’ll have to find a micro SD card to update.

Also, swapped out my license plate lights to LED. Pictures later.

Cf wrap would be awesome. I tried to cf wrap my intake pipe and yeah not so good. I think I may look at having it hydro dipped. The professional wrap company wanted 85 bucks to wrap it and it would have 2 seams on it

Hydro dipping has come a long way and plenty of great products out there. You’d be amazed at what you can easily do at home with a big plastic tub.
