I'd say the 5.0. In this case it seems to me the 5.0 will have a slight edge.

Best thing... just run him and see what happens. If you can, get it on video

stock vs. stock it would be a driver's race... been there, done that with the exhaust on the 5.0, he'd have the advantage of a little hp/tq increase.

i dont know where everyone gets the idea that the NPI 4.6 doesnt make torque... they make torque but because of flow issues (intake/heads) they lose torque around 35-37K. i was making 289 rwtq the first time i dynoed with just gears and a cai :dunno:
