Why is my trunk lid such a pain in the ass to lift???

Glad to hear im not the only one running my car in the winter. My trunk deck filled with water one winter and froze too. When i lifted it the shcoks broke at the seams causing all the internal white gunk to ooze out all over the place, what a mess. You think your spoilers are heavy or big check out my Boss Shinoda wing. Now thats a workout.
