Been busy with work and I've slowly been working away things to get this engine together. Well the cams I didn't really know what I got into but dove right in and found out ptv clearance was a joke lol. So I had to fly cut the pistons, so I been reading on the diy cutters and well I jumped on that. I also purchased a new set of valve from cushman that are machined to give even more ptv clearance.

Here it was setup to check ptv clearance.

The intake and exhaust port worked. And assembling the head.

You wouldnt happen to have any picks of the port floor/short side radius area directly behind the valve?

I didn't mess with that to much I just opened up behind the valve seat and worked the seat base lip to a ramp instead of being a wall.
did you degree the cams? just curious.
No not yet it's a cloyes hex a just so when it's time to put together for good ill degree them.
