Will a 96 GT stock Hipipe fit a 98 Cobra?

Looking at buying 98 Cobra with off road H-pipe, no cats. It won't pass inspection in Ohio. The owner of the Cobra said he has the stock H-pipe with cats off his old 96 GT he could throw in. Would they fit?

Yes they fit, but the hangers will be in different location. Hangers use the tranny mount. Gt and cobra tranny mounts are different locations. Its close enough that you could device a bandaid long enough to get checked out.
