i was thinking about getting a set of procomp heads with a b303 cam 1.7 roller rockers and cobra upper and lower intakes 70mm tb. will this set work on a stock 302 block. and can i still run 19lbs injectors or do i need to upgrade to 24# inj. any help and input would be greatly appreciated. i am trying to go cheap and get a little more hp

also would i need different valve covers or can i still use the stock ones

My 87 had 1.72 rockers and the only issue i had was it hit the baffle on the fill tube. Removed it and had no issues. Might want be a good idea to get new covers but not "needed". Also had GT40P heads with a Trick Flow Street Heat intake and still had 19# injectors.

what kinda hp were you getting. my goal is 300hp to wheels

You could use the stock valve covers, i did on mine and they didnt have any problems. The cam, intake, head, and bolts-ons does requires you to change the injectors.
