Wipers Stuck On!!!

So I’ve been dealing with this problem for some time now and I’ve read some things but they aren’t really clear. I have 1998 mustang gt convertible and my wind shield wipers are stuck on, and stuck on the highest mode. Everything else works besides the wiper control settings. So my short term solution has been just unplugging the fuse. What Should my next step be? My blinkers and everything else works. if I could get any advice on what to do next that’s be great

I would start at the multifunction switch but not sure how to tell you to start short of replacing it and see if it stops.

Yes! Lol hopefully we can get these windshield wipers straightened out

The last post in this thread alludes to a wiper control relay. This person also changed the multifunction switch but that didn’t fix their issue. Hope this helps!

The cobra was doing the same thing when I go to start
It would act like you were to apply the window sprayers
Found that the ground was a bad connection

It would act like you were to apply the window sprayers
Found that the ground was a bad connection
