so which would u recommend, anyone have past or current experiences with either ? xcal 2 or dibalosport predator ???? and when is a good time to get this, when ur startin out, in between, or highly modified ?
SCT's XCALs and Livewire tuners are the best for fords...
They are great for stock cars to moderately modified... lets face it, nothing can replace a dyno tune... so for street cars and daily drivers SCT tuners are the good choices...
According to my SCT tuning/software most vehicles can see anywhere from 10-25rwhp gain from a tune alone...on a 100% stock vehicle. If you understand the way cars are tuned form the factory it makes perfect sense. Without getting all technical, they are tuned at low rpm using very few cells that are availible. This equals a lot of continuity between vehicles power and driveability-wise, but it is bit the best for guys like us. A Crown Vic may pick up 25rwhp, while a Mustang may only see 10rwhp gain.
