I was going to get some 4.10's, but now I'm debating 4.30's. I know people with T3650's that use 4.30's, but no one with a T45. Has anyone used 4.30's? I'm keeping my car N/A most likely. Thanks guys...

I had 430s in my 99 cobra and I had 410's in my 98 auto GT and 373's in a previous 96 auto GT I think the 30's might be a tad too much in a 2 valve. But thats just my view on it, I would go 410's

i don't know but if you get the 4.30's and a set of 31 spines and a differential and some slicks you could have a super super super first gear. Very very nice.

Remember, you can always change tires around if you're running out of gear at the strip O0

It's your car so get a gear that you can live with driving.
In my opnion 4.30 or 4.56 gears are more in the powerband of
a 4V 4.6L Cobra since they have a thousand more rpm's to use
than the 2V 4.6L.I think 3.90 or 4.10 gears is the perfect gear for
your mustang but, that's just what I think do what you want
since in the end it's your car and you have to live with it.
In my old 96 GT I had FRPP 4.10's and loved them.
Without changing tires you will run out of gear with 4.30
gears if you are racing the 1/4 mile.

I used 4.30's in my 05

3650 with a 3.38 First gear... and a ~25.5-26" tall tire... VERY SHORT

but i loved them... pulled HARD through the all gears, even before the Vortech
