So I've noticed these past couple months that my steering has been feeling more sloppy.
When I go over a groove on the highways the car like to veer, that's pretty much all it does.
There's no rattle nothing feels loose it just veers.
What could I be looking at here?
I did notice my ball joint boots are torn but those are fine for now, granted it's only been 91,xxx miles since the car was new. Could it be as simply as an alignment? I know my car naturally slowly veers to the left if I let go of the wheel, and I mean very slowly.

I know the rag joints in the steering shaft are just rubber and would wear out over time, might be an easy/quick place to start.

^^^It's expensive though.

I'd be tempted to check out the tie-rods and balljoints first...

Rag joints for the steering shaft are cheaper then ball joints or tie rods .

if you have the cash a solid steering shaft is going to be a big help as well as poly rack mounts assuming its not the tie rods or ball joints or alignment.

I didn't say it was cheap, regardless if it has to be fixed then cost is kinda irrelevant. Sure if you're just going to start throwing parts at it then start with the cheapest stuff.
